NEW YEAR, NEW CLASSES!!! We are just like you so we get bored too!  No worries though... here at Twisted we are always adding new classes that will keep you coming back for more! This month we have added Circus Circuits.  This amazing aerial workout uses 4 different suspended apparatus and we promise, no clowns! Short on time? Try our new 20/20 class. Very fast and extremely effective!  All you have to do is show up. Our instructors are the best at motivating you and letting you know that we are all in this together!
