After you download…

Activate your account:
♥ If you are a CURRENT member and have used the MindBody consumer app to book classes: Please sign in by entering the same email and password used for the consumer app. Your account will automatically sync and activate. If it does not, our front desk staff will help you. On the bottom panel of the app, tap Profile, then tap Sign In.
♥ If you are a NEW member: Please sign up for an account with an email and password. Our front desk staff with help you link your new membership account to activate it. On the bottom panel of the app, tap Profile, then tap Create Account.
Adjust your settings:
♥ In order to start booking classes, you will need to add your credit or debit card billing information. On the bottom panel tap Profile, then tap Wallet, then tap Add a Card. Then fill in your Payment Information.
♥ Additionally, in order to start booking classes, you will need to enter your street address. On the bottom panel tap Profile, then in the upper right corner tap Edit. Then fill in your Contact Info.
♥ At the bottom of the screen, you may select the Email opt-in function. This will allow the app to notify you via email of your class status and updates, e.g., if you have been moved from a waitlist to a class or if a class has been cancelled. Tap Save in the upper right corner to complete.
♥ Next, on the bottom panel tap More, then tap Settings.
On Apple devices:
♥ Under Permissions, select Allow access to calendar, which will enable the app to add classes to your device’s calendar when you book a class. Under the Settings section you may select a Calendar Reminder time.
♥ Additionally, you may need to enable the Calendar and Notification options in your device’s settings. On Apple devices, tap the Settings app, then scroll down to select Studio Rio’s to adjust your communication preferences. Toggle the Calendar switch to enable Calendar Notifications. Tap Notifications and toggle Allow Notifications to allow Screen Alerts.
On Android devices:
♥ Under the Settings section, you may select a Calendar Reminder time. Under the Notifications section, you may select Send me mobile notifications to receive text message alerts.
♥ Additionally, you may need to enable the Calendar and Notification options in your device’s settings. Tap the Setting app, and then tap Apps & Notifications. Then tap See all apps, and then scroll down to select Studio Rio’s to adjust your communication preferences. Tap Notifications to make sure Show Notifications is toggled on. Tap Permissions to toggle the Calendar permissions, as well as the Location permissions if desired.
Book your first class:
♥ On the bottom panel, tap Book to see the scheduled classes. You may then select a class, and then tap the Book button to sign up. You will then have the option to add the booked class to your device’s calendar.
♥ On Apple devices, tap the magnifying glass icon in the bottom right area of the screen to filter the classes by teacher.
♥ On Android devices, tap the filter icon in the upper right corner of the screen to filter the classes by teacher.
Check in for your classes:
♥ On the bottom panel, tap More. At the top of the screen, you will see your Client ID number and barcode. Upon entering Studio Rio’s Twisted Fitness, go to the front desk, and hold the barcode under the scanner to check in for your classes.
For Linux-based Mobile Distributions
♥ Android apps may be installed by using Waydroid to run a full Android system in a container providing an environment for Android applications through LXC and the binder interface with the Wayland communications protocol. Waydroid may be installed on phones such as PinePhone, FairPhone, Librem Phone, Volla Phone, or F(x)tec Phone using Linux-based mobile distributions, such as Ubuntu Touch, postmarketOS, Mobian, and Sailfish OS.
♥ If you are going to attempt to use another Linux-based distro, or better yet port a BSD-based OS, please contact us, and we will put you in touch with someone as crazy as you are.
