Fitness Classes

No reservations are required for our Fitness Classes – just drop in! We have over 25 different exercise and dance classes designed to improve your cardio and aerobic levels, build strength, and tone you all over. Some classes give you a whole-body workout, while others target specific areas. Several classes complement our Pole Class training to increase your flexibility, balance, grace, and strength. All classes are choreographed or set to a wide variety of fun music, and each class carries that unique Twisted Fitness stamp that celebrates the way women move giving us all that Hotgirl confidence — after all, fit and strong is the new sexy!

Balls to the Wall

Adding a stability ball takes your dance and workout moves to a whole new level of toning, strength, balance, and grace. You’d be surprised at how heavy balls full of air can get! (1 hour) (This class is also frequently offered as a 90 minute Mashup class combined with Floorplay.)

Booty Blast

Thirty minutes doesn’t sound like a lot, but you definitely feel it in this backside sculpting class. We use resistance bands to activate those muscles in order to tone, lift, and grow that booty! (30 minutes)

FloorPlay

This is basically where it all began! This Pilates-based, low impact, core strengthening, slow grooving floor-work class is the brainchild of Rio herself, and is born directly out of her years as a dancer. Doing these sexy, all-over toning moves night after night helped give Rio the body that made us want to join this gym in the first place! (1 hour) (This class is also frequently offered as a 90 minute Mashup class combined with Balls to the Wall.)

FU

Bad breakup? Heavy traffic? Toxic co-workers? Work out your stress and frustrations with the help of Alanis Morissette, Janis Joplin, and a chair in this weights and cardio class. It will turn your frown upside-down! (1 hour)

Hard Core

Rock your rolls with this abdominal workout set to hard rock music. (30 minutes)

Ho-Down

This creative cardio class will make you a fan of country music if you aren’t already! It’s less twang and more bang as you sweat it out with these fun and sexy dance moves. (1 hour) (This class is also frequently offered as a 2 hour Mashup class combined with Muscles Please – it’s kinda like if Luke Bryan and Arnold Schwarzenegger had a baby, but a whole lot cuter.)

Dress for Success: tennis shoes or cowboy boots; workout clothes. (If you feel a little bit country, then throw on those cutoff jean shorts, tie up that shirt, and don your cowboy hat — we love being extra!)

Oh Split!

Formerly called Stripper Stretch. This class is designed to get you limber and increase your flexibility with the goal of getting into the splits in all three directions. Flexibility is so important for women, especially because it can help protect us from injury as we age. We highly recommend this class. (1 hour)

Dress for Success: barefoot/socks; workout clothes

On Pointe

No pointe shoes required in this introduction to classical ballet technique. Learning the five basic positions and proper foot alignment will give you cleaner lines in your dance and pole moves. This class also works on developing your turnout which targets hip flexibility. (1 hour)

Sittin’ Sexy

Bet you never thought you could sit and get fit! This chair dance class will not only build strength and grace, but it will end with a sexy choreographed routine that you can take home and share with someone special! (1 hour)

Dress for Success: barefoot/socks, heels, or tennis shoes; workout clothes (pants recommended)

TRX

Using the TRX apparatus of straps suspended from the ceiling, you use your own body weight to perform these challenging, strength training exercises. Of course, we put our own little Twist on it — you may have done TRX elsewhere before, but you’ve never done it like this! (1 hour)

If you want a flat stomach and small waist, but without suffocating in an actual corset, then this focused ab-workout is for you (and anyone else who doesn’t like bruised ribs.) And doing it all to Burlesque music? Well, that’s just a bonus! (30 minutes)

It’s yoga but dialed up to ten with a little less Zen. This power yoga class focuses more on the body and strength building. (1 hour)

Also known as Blue Jeans or Bust and Resolution Solution. It’s a seasonal thing, but the goals are the same – this choreographed cardio and weight-lifting class is designed to get you in shape for any time of year! (1 hour)

Take a little bit of this class and a little bit of that class and what’ve you got? A workout that will leave you a hot, sweaty mess in the best way! This class mixes songs and moves from many of our other fitness classes, so be ready for anything! (1 hour)

Who doesn’t like a 2-for-1 deal? We frequently offer a combined version of certain classes to make for an even more effective workout. Watch our schedule for Mashups like Ho-Down + Muscles Please, Balls to the Wall + Floorplay, and TRX + Invanity. Like chocolate and peanut butter, some things are just better together! (Cost of individual Mashup classes may vary depending on the length. See our Pricing page for more info. Mashup classes are included in all Memberships levels.)
